Register now to be a part of the Cleveland Dragon Boat Festival.
Races: Register your team now! A team consists of 21 or more members. Please note that all team members must complete and submit a Waiver Form with the completed Team Registration Form. The team entry fees are as follows:
- Corporate Team - $1,000
- Community Team - $850
- Youth Team - $650
Additionally, individuals who do not belong to a full team may participate in the races for an entry fee of $45. Please note that each individual must complete and submit both a Waiver Form and an Individual Registration Form.
Vendors/Exhibitors: Secure a spot on the Nautica Boardwalk for your business or organization. Register now by completing the Exhibitor Form and reviewing the Exhibitor/Food Vendor guidelines.

You can now REGISTER ONLINE using Regatta Central, a Friend of the Dragon Boat Festival! Simply follow these instructions:
If you are a NEW user to RegattaCentral, please follow these steps to register for the Cleveland Dragon Boat Festival:
- Go to www.regattacentral.com
- Click on 'Join' in the yellow box at the top of the page
- Click the 'Select Affiliation' link to search for the team with which you row
- Fill out the rest of the form with your personal information
- Click 'Create My Account'
- Select regattas from the list that you wish to register for or just want to have listed on your RegattaCentral Calendar and click 'OK'
- You will now be taken to your RegattaCentral homepage. Your regattas will be listed in the Regatta Calendar & Entries box
- To register for a regatta and submit entries:
- Click on 'register' under the regatta you wish to register for
- If you have more than one affiliation on your account make sure that the correct one is selected from the drop down menu
- Fill in your contact information and click 'Save'
- You will be taken to a page that says "Your registration information has been updated" and underneath you can click on the link to 'Submit/edit your entries...'
- On the next page click on 'Submit entry' then find the event your wish to enter and click 'Submit Entry'
- Fill out the entry form then click 'Save' at the bottom
- Use the links on the next page to submit more entries or to view your invoice
Waivers can be found by clicking on the 'Waivers' link in the menu on the left side of the page. There is a link to a page that you can print out.
